Vidavee created one of the first turn-key platforms allowing media companies to manage mobile and on-line video and advertising.   The company enabled some of the first user generated video content programs and enabled many new digital video networks.   Software as a service customers included companies such as Fox News, Univision, Huffington Post, and MTV among others.   The Company was purchased by public enterprise software company Vignette and is now part of OpenText.

TVG created the first horse racing and home wagering cable channel in the United States.   Horse racing was the only legal betting option from home in the United States.   By providing viewers with a fun and convenient way to watch and bet on horse racing TVG could not only expand horse racing wagering but also access casino, lottery, and bingo players where home wagering was illegal.   TVG successfully obtained five year exclusive rights to most of the major US tracks’ video, Internet, and on-line wagering rights including Churchill Downs, Santa Anita and Gulfstream Park.  It also pioneered legislation, revenue share models, and home wagering technology and IP.  The Company was acquired by News Corp and TCI.   Today it is the largest horse racing network handling over $1 billion in annual transactions.

Prevue Interactive invented the first interactive program guide to enable television viewers to navigate the expansion from 50 to 500 channels due to digital compression. The Company developed a proprietary set-top box and customized data feeds and launched in cable markets throughout the US.  It eventually gained competitive advantage through proprietary integrations with third party set-top box manufacturers such as Motorola, Scientific Atlanta, among others.   The company merged with United Video Satellite Group as part of an IPO.  Today it is the market leading interactive cable and on-line program guide to over 40 million homes.
